Self-assessment

When adult basic education program staff comes together in the spirit of inquiry to evaluate their strengths and areas for improvement, good things can happen. We have developed How Are We Doing: A Program/Staff Development Tool for Helping to Reduce Stress and Promote Mental Health in ESOL & ABE Classrooms as a discussion tool for teachers, counselors, administrators, and support staff to assist programs in examining some of the affective areas that impact learning.
