Program Self-Assessment
In order to make good use of the wealth of resources on this website, we recommend that program staff complete the Program Self-Assessment. The approach that was used by many New England programs was to have staff members complete a copy of the self-assessment on their own and then compare their ratings and comments in order to identify priority areas to work on. Other programs have chosen to complete the self-assessment as team. Whichever approach you choose, the Program Self-Assessment can serve as a tool that guides your program improvement efforts.
Another version of the Program Self-Assessment form is organized by the drivers of persistence in the Drivers of Persistence section of this website.
